This beautiful plant is looks stunning cascading from any shelf, sideboard or table. Commonly know as The Chain of Hearts for its gorgeous heart shaped leaves, it requires plenty of bright and indirect light. It is from the succulent family so water with care and leave to dry out thoroughly between watering. I water all my plants using rain water.
